Vodaland - Model OilBase100-6 -Underground Oil and Water Separator
The Vodaland OilBase100-6 underground oil and water separator is engineered for environments such as car washes and vehicle maintenance facilities. Constructed entirely from fiberglass, it integrates a coalescent filter to efficiently separate oil from water. A locking valve mechanism ensures that oil flow is halted upon reaching a specified containment threshold, thereby enhancing environmental safety. With a diameter of 1400mm and a height of 2000mm, this separator offers a useful liquid capacity of 1850 liters, along with a sludge trap capacity of 600 liters, and a light liquids capacity of 300 liters. The unit accommodates a 10-inch PVC pipe for both input and output. Additional customization options include oil and sediment level sensors, extension necks for deeper installations, and various manhole cover choices for secure access. The OilBase100-6 stands as part of a versatile product line encompassing capacities from 460 liters to 4300 liters.

The Vodaland OilBase100-6 underground oil and water separator tanks are perfect for car washes, vehicle maintenance facilities, and any commercial/industrial locations. These underground tanks are made of 100% fibreglass and feature a coalescent filter inside. The tanks also feature a locking valve to prevent the continuation of oil once the tank has met a certain threshold of contained oil. Also includes a sludge trap to prevent the continuation of solid materials through the system. This separator is 1400mm in diameter, with a height of 2000mm. It has a useful capacity of 1850L, a sludge capacity of 600L, and light liquids capacity of 300L. This product line offers many sizes from 460 litres to 4300 litres of useful capacity.
Additional accessories can be requested which include oil level and sediment level sensors, neck extension for deeper installations, and manhole covers for secured access.
