Vodaland - Model OilBase100-10 -Underground Oil and Water Separator
The Vodaland OilBase100-10 is an underground oil and water separator designed for commercial and industrial applications like car washes and vehicle maintenance facilities. Constructed entirely from fiberglass, it incorporates a coalescent filter and a locking valve to halt oil flow after reaching its containment limit. A sludge trap is included to block solid materials from progressing through the system. The separator measures 1600mm in diameter and 2250mm in height, offering a useful capacity of 2600L, including 1000L for sludge and 500L for light liquids. Vodaland offers various sizes with capacities ranging from 460 litres to 4300 litres. Additional accessories, such as oil level sensors, sediment sensors, and installation neck extensions, can be added per requirement. It's compatible with a 12-inch PVC input/output pipe and additional fiberglass adapter plates, extension necks, and manhole covers can be procured. This product line assures reliable performance in oil separation tasks, safeguarding environmental compliance.

The Vodaland OilBase100-10 underground oil and water separator tanks are perfect for car washes, vehicle maintenance facilities, and any commercial/industrial locations. These underground tanks are made of 100% fibreglass and feature a coalescent filter inside. The tanks also feature a locking valve to prevent the continuation of oil once the tank has met a certain threshold of contained oil. Also includes a sludge trap to prevent the continuation of solid materials through the system. This separator is 1600mm in diameter, with a height of 2250mm. It has a useful capacity of 2600L, a sludge capacity of 1000L, and light liquids capacity of 500L. This product line offers many sizes from 460 litres to 4300 litres of useful capacity.
Additional accessories can be requested which include oil level and sediment level sensors, neck extension for deeper installations, and manhole covers for secured access.
