Unify Electronic - Model SSR-200 -Safety Systems Overturning Device
The device SSR-200 is an instrument for the agricultural and operating machines against the overturning danger as a result of translations on lands excessive tilted . Moreover in case of effective overturning, to extinguishes automatically the functions of the machine limiting the dangers deriving from the state of overturning.
By means of the continuous monitoring of the transverse axis and the longitudinal axis of the machine according to program thresholds, to the attainment overcoming of the established values the device to emit one signal (on-off or proportional with increasing intensity) in order to inform the operator of the danger condition.
If the machine had to overturn (overcoming of the maximum threshold) the device interrupts a second signal them action to feeding general switch of emergency connected for example at a motor endothermic.
The device finds detail application interest on all those blots of it with rotary tools (blades, cutters, etc) where today in overturning case the stop of the commandos tools is entrusted exclusively the operator.
