UNITECH - Model MQC -Stab Plates for Subsea Applications
UNITECH offers a diverse range of Multi Quick Coupler (MQC) stab plates specifically designed for subsea operations where reliability and efficiency are paramount. The portfolio includes ROV-operated and hand-operated configurations, showcasing advancements such as the MQC Terminator Charlie X-1, a development from the original Terminator Charlie stab plate. This product features a manifold design that minimizes the need for welding and bending, along with reducing mechanical joints prone to leakage. Additionally, UNITECH's MQC Terminator Alpha, established in 1986 and later enhanced, emphasizes integration into subsea structures. The newer MQC Terminator Delta X furthers this by providing an electro-hydraulic control system critical for multi-well management, eliminating traditional control pods. The ICC system further optimizes subsea connector deployment by incorporating electronic logic for valve control, reducing overall project costs. Emergency Quick Disconnect (EQDS) and Automatic Locking and Renewal (ALR) systems are also offered, designed for operational efficiency without requiring bulky tooling.
UNITECH developed the low complexity, ROV Operated MQC Terminator Charlie X-1 as an advanced development of the Terminator Charlie stab plate. The female plate has been designed as a manifold to eliminate welding and bending as well as almost all mechanical joints/parts vulnerable to leakage.
