UNITECH - Stab Plates for Subsea Applications
UNITECH offers a versatile selection of Multi Quick Coupler (MQC) stab plates designed for subsea applications. These products include ROV-operated and hand-operated options, enhancing the efficiency of underwater operations. The MQC Terminator lineup, including models like Charlie X-1 and Alpha, focuses on minimizing complexity while maximizing reliability. The Terminator Charlie X-1 features a manifold design to reduce welding, bending, and mechanical joints prone to leakage. Responding to industry demands, the MQC Terminator Yankee introduces a male plate with essential UNITECH features. Additionally, the advanced MQC Terminator Delta X provides a multi-well control system, eliminating the necessity for a conventional control pod. The integrated ICC system augments electronic valve control capabilities. Furthermore, the Emergency Quick Disconnect (EQDS) and Automatic Locking and Renewal (ALR) enhance operational flexibility by eliminating the requirement for heavy pulling and connection machinery.
At the Stord, Norway Manufacturing, Testing and R&D facility UNITECH offers:

- Subsea production, gas lift, service and control lines.
- Complete production facility with own extrusion line for the outer sheet.
