UltraClean - Model 031A -Unlaundered Wipes

The 031A UltraClean Unlaundered is one of our most popular wipes and is widely used in screen printing and stencil printing applications where lint free cleaning is critical.   Manufactured from 100% continuous filament polyester fiber, JNJ’s UltraClean SmartWipes ensure superior cleaning performance with extremely low particle generation and soluble extractables. This wipe is soft and will not scratch, and becomes softer when wet, while maintaining high tensile strength The 031A is an excellent alternative for customers that can’t use non woven materials in their process but still require a cost effective wipe. This wipe is bulk packed in two 5 pound bags, and is not clean room packaged.  There are approximately 412 wipes per bag, 824 wipes per acse. The actual wipe count can vary by +/-10%, as they are packed by weight. Minor fluctuations in the material thickness and basis weight and change the physical count, but each case contains 10 lbs of wipes.
