The screw press, uses slow moving rings that are low wearing, they’re self-cleaning and clog free, very little power is used as it relies on a low inner pressure of the filter chamber.  In operating the multi plate dewatering screw press, allows for a quiet continuous and automatic operation of sludge flocculation, thickening, dewatering and filtrate discharging.  The machine is economical as it is easy to operate and requires little maintenance.

This technology replaces the belt filter press, centrifuge and plate and frame dewatering systems.  This multi plate dewatering screw press runs quietly and can easily be mounted on the low temperature heat pump drying unit so sludge pumps are eliminated.
