PE / Sciex ELAN5000A (mounted) Store detectors out of sunlight sealed in Nitrogen filled bag. When installing detector into instrument use powder-free finger cots or gloves. Before running samples follow the preconditioning procedure. If detector becomes contaminated with dust or oil, clean in isopropyl and dry in a 150°C oven for 30 minutes.
