The OSTRO W is a V-type double-row dry cooler designed to cater to the demands of high-capacity heat exchange in industrial processes, HVAC air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. It is available in PAD or SPRAY versions, enhancing its capacity significantly with water injection while ensuring a legionella-free operation. The unit provides capacities ranging up to 2030 kW in the Dry version and up to 3000 kW in the Adiabatic version with DT15°C, EG 35%. Key features include performance optimization, superior fan efficiency with EC motors, and high structural integrity due to thick pipes and fins. The casing is made from 20/10 painted plate for enhanced durability. The product range is designed for ease of transport, optimized for container shipping, and offers versions with adiabatic operation using non-organic PAD. Super silent versions are available using EC motors and silencers. Technical specifications indicate a fin material choice of Al, Al-Mg, Cu, Al pv, or Al cath and fan sizes ranging from 800 to 1000 mm with 4 to 18 fans. The units also boast high corrosion resistance due to electrolytic coating treatments and superior aeraulics facilitated by air flow separation baffles. These features make it ideal for applications where energy efficiency and reduced operational noise are crucial.
