Vaapro - Model CVS-T -Circular Vibrating Sieve
This line of circular vibrating sieves is particularly effective for separating fine particles in both powders and slurries. In fact, they are known for their high precision and reliability, making them ideal for a wide range of industrial applications. Moreover, they comply with FDA (food industry), MOCA (material for food contact), and ATEX (explosive environments) standards, ensuring safety in various operations. Serving over 65 industries, including food, pharmaceuticals, metal powders, recycling, chemicals, and plastics, these sieves are primarily used to separate solid powders, solid particles, and liquids, with the ability to classify materials based on particle size.
The single-frequency technology meets standard separation needs, providing high capacity and efficiency. Mesh sizes range from 30mm down to 25 microns, making them particularly suitable for fine particle separation. The sieves’ load capacity and effectiveness in separation are optimized, even in demanding operational conditions, ensuring high-quality end products.
Circular vibrating sieves utilize a vertical vibration motor as the excitation source. The eccentric weights at both the upper and lower ends of the motor convert rotary motion into three-dimensional horizontal, vertical, and inclined movement. This vibration is transmitted to the sieve surface, where materials smaller than the sieve aperture fall through to the lower level, becoming under-sieve material. Larger materials remain on the upper surface.
The VAAPRO product line of circular vibrating sieves is highly versatile, offering a wide range of sizes and applications. It is available in single or multi-deck models, with the option to add additional cleaning devices, such as balls, slider rings, brushes, and ultrasonic systems, ensuring effective cleaning and continuous performance.
Models available include: ø400mm (16”), ø600mm (24”), ø800mm (30”), ø900mm (36”), ø1200mm (48”), ø1500mm (60”), ø1800mm (72”), and ø2250mm (90”). Each model is designed to ensure optimal performance and meet the specific production requirements of various industries and customers.
