Vaapro - Model CVS-T PHARMA -Circular Vibratory Screen

Common applications includes:

• Sifting and scalping: Removing oversize contaminants and particles from materials. The coarse particles discharge off the screen surface.
• Grading and classifying: Separating particles into size fractions using multi-layer screens. Each screen grade catches particles of diminishing size.
• De-dusting: Allowing dust and fines to pass through to remove them from coarser bulk materials.
• Dewatering: Draining excess moisture from materials through the vibrating screens.

Circular vibratory screen utilize a vertical vibration motor as the excitation source. The eccentric weights at both the upper and lower ends of the motor convert rotary motion into three-dimensional horizontal, vertical, and inclined movement. This vibration is transmitted to the sieve surface, where materials smaller than the sieve aperture fall through to the lower level, becoming under-sieve material. Larger materials remain on the upper surface.

The vibrosifter is an exceptionally versatile and customizable piece of equipment, designed to meet the diverse needs of various industries. It offers a wide range of options, including different screen sizes and types, allowing for precise control over the separation process. Additionally, the vibrosifter can be configured with multiple decks, providing flexibility to handle multiple material fractions simultaneously.
