Vaapro - Model ProSonic -Ultrasonic Vibrating Sieve
The Ultrasonic product line is VAAPRO ’s flagship revolutionary vibrating sieve technology. It consistently outperforms other screening brands in its ability to significantly increase capacity and efficiency (over 99% purity of particle size) for problematic materials that are wet, sticky, abrasive or fine.
Ultrasonic Sieving Machines uses an ultrasonic frequency that sends a pulse onto the screen surface, aiming to prevent screen clogging and facilitate particle separation.
The system consists of a generator, a converter, and a matched screen resonator with an installation frame. The generator and converter work together to generate vibrations, which are then directed into the resonator. With the ProSonic systems, the sonic propagation via the resonator is both uniform and widespread, ensuring consistent performance across the entire screen. The ultrasound waves cause the applied screen fabric to vibrate, effectively preventing clogging, increasing throughput, and improving selectivity. As a result, more accurately-sized granulate is recovered from the sieving material, enhancing the efficiency of the process.
The Ultrasonic line VAAPRO’s sieves utilise our Ultrasonic system technology ProSonic that automatically find the best and correct frequency oscillations for each screen. The advantages that Ultrasonic equipment provides over traditional single-frequency machines include:
