Vaapro - Model RVS-H -Rectangular Vibrating Screeners
Rectangular vibrating screeners use two reverse motors with the same frequency to generate vibration, causing the material to move straight forward across the entire screen surface.
These screens are ideal for linear screening systems, whether for light or heavy applications, including safety screening, grading, and dust removal of powders and granules. They can be configured with multi-layer screens to meet specific requirements.
In addition to separating materials, rectangular vibrating screeners also convey them, offering dual functionality. The vibration motors are positioned at the bottom of the screen, reducing the overall width while maintaining throughput and screening efficiency, ensuring optimal performance in compact spaces.
The discharge port can be customized to be either round or square, with directional options available, such as left, right, downward, or forward, based on your specific needs. This flexibility makes rectangular vibrating screeners versatile and adaptable for a variety of industrial applications.
VAAPRO’s sieves and screen frames can be equipped with:
- screen mesh cloth: It mainly uses high-quality stainless AISI 304 and 316 materials. It is possible to add cleaning devices such as bouncing balls to increase the capacity and to prevent the clogging of the linear vibrating screen. It is very suitable for granular, powdered sieving of materials.
- perforated plates: The material can be divided stainless AISI 304, AISI 316 and polyurethane materials. It can be used to screen large particles and materials with heavy specific gravity.
