Vaapro - Model RVS-L -Rectangular Vibrating Screeners
Linear vibrating sieves, also known as rectangular screeners, utilize dual reverse motors with the same frequency to generate vibration, causing the material to move straight forward across the entire screen surface. This efficient design makes them ideal for linear screening systems in both light and heavy-duty applications, including safety screening, grading, and dust removal of powders and granules.
These linear vibrating sieves are highly versatile and can be equipped with multi-layer screens to accommodate various material separation requirements. The vibration motors are positioned on both sides of the linear vibrating screen, providing consistent and uniform motion. This setup is beneficial for applications with height restrictions, while the width can be customized based on specific needs. For example, the discharge port height can be adjusted to prevent excessive elevation.
The sieves and screen frames can be equipped with:
- screen mesh cloth: It mainly uses high-quality stainless AISI 304 and 316 materials. It is possible to add cleaning devices such as bouncing balls to increase the capacity and to prevent the clogging of the linear vibrating screen. It is very suitable for granular, powdered sieving of materials.
- perforated plates: The material can be divided stainless AISI 304, AISI 316 and polyurethane materials. It can be used to screen large particles and materials with heavy specific gravity.
Thanks to their compact design they can be equipped with air ventilation system for cooling or drying materials while separating and conveying.
VAAPRO’s rectangular sieves can be installed immediatly before a vibrating spiral conveyor in order to classify the powders or granules before they are elevated and transported in vertical.
