VaaproModel SVC -Vibrating Spiral Conveyors

The vibrating spiral conveyors consists of a spiral track welded to a support central pipe in whose are installed motovibrators. The material ascends by vibration of homogeneous and constant way. It is used for vertical conveying and, given its great developed length, for cooling materials. The cooling can be done through an air ventilation system or with a false bottom and water traffic in the interior of the spires.

The vibrating spiral conveyors SVC Series can be manufactured in stainless steel AISI 304 and stainless steel AISI 316 and 316L (for the food industry). As optional, a plastic or a metallic dust proof cover can be delivered with dust aspirations pipes where required.
