Vaapro - Model SVC -Vibrating Spiral Conveyors

The vibrating spiral conveyors SVC Series can be manufactured in stainless steel AISI 304 and stainless steel AISI 316 and 316L (for the food industry). As optional, a plastic or a metallic dust proof cover can be delivered with dust aspirations pipes where required. Easy to install, the vibrating spiral elevators only needs a levelled concrete floor to set it with chemical anchors.

In general, these elevators are useful for lifting all types of bulk powders, granulated products and foodstuffs products, following analysis of their characteristics (humidity, density, particle size, etc.) and they can also be adapted to take advantage of the materials movement for cooling, or drying, depending on its specific needs. VAAPRO‘s Vibrating Spiral Elevators serve a broad range of industries such as rubber, catalysts, food processing, plastics, pharmaceuticals, minerals and others. With features including an easy-to-clean spires design, customized machines, box closed version for avoid dust contamination, etc.

These spiral track elevators can be installed immediatly after a rectangular screener RVS-L or a circular vibrating sieve CVS-T, in order to elevate and transport in vertical the granules that has just been classified from the sifters.
