VAC - Model OMNI-Lab -Inert Atmosphere Glovebox System

The OMNI-Lab Glovebox, designed with simplicity and efficiency, serves universities and commercial entities by delivering an economical solution that ensures an inert atmosphere is maintained via a regenerative purification system. With the purifier positioned atop, the glovebox allows seamless integration with additional experimental setups like cold wells and spin coaters that are often necessary for advanced research. The glovebox's manual operation system for circulation, antechamber, and purge valves simplifies usage while conserving laboratory space. Its purifiers, capable of achieving less than 1 ppm equilibrium for both oxygen and moisture, utilize an automatic regeneration cycle to restore functionality after saturation, supporting up to 20 liters of O2 and 1.3 kg of H2O absorption. Safety and performance features include a 4.0” touchscreen LCD for system monitoring, helium leak certification per stringent standards, and a robust industrial PLC handling all system diagnostics.
