Tongrui - Vacuum Waste Oil Distillation Plant to Base Oil
The DIR seies machine can recycle gasoline engine oil, diesel engine oil, mineral oil, synthetic oil, motor oil, transmission oil, hydraulic oil and other lubricant oil to clean oil, like SN150,SN300,SN350,SN500. The recovery rate of this machine is more than 85%. Only need to add one chemical, named catalyst, percentage:2%-5%,Our company developed a kind of composite catalyst, through catalyzing, the harmful substances are selectively processed, for example, polymerization, shielding, passivation effect and discharged as residues, so as to remove the unstable factors of the waste lubricating oil, make it became qualified. It is environmental friendly.

The waste engine oil distillation machine is used to handle waste engine oil into base oil, the final base oil is SN150 and SN300. The color is NO.1~2.

Final clean base oil in the glass sight
When the clean base oil recyced from waste engine oil, then it can be viewed here in the glass sight directly. The glass sight is special design, which can stand high vacuum and good seal for the machine.

1. High efficient and recovery rate
- black engine oil can be got about 80%-90% yellow base oil, it can be changed into kinds of usable oil with adding some compound additives
- Gasoline and diesel oil can be got about 6%-7%, it can be used as fuel
- Waste oil residue: 6.5%, it can be used as fuel with some diesel
- Water is about 1.5%, it can be put into the water pool as cooling system for the machine, no any pollution.
- The exhaust will be discharged to open air in a safe area from our effluent treatment system, and we promiss it wil reach the environmental protection standard of Singapore.
2. High safety High Quality
One helpful machine can not only be profitable , but also safety needs to be guranteed. The yellow base oil can be got in negative pressure by our DIR series machine with indirect heating. That will protect the machine and oil not to be cracked. Most companies choose direct heating to cut their cost. But it is not safe! Direct heating will burn through the bottom of the distillation kettle, that will make the plant exploded. it's very dangerous for people's lives! Our raw materials are carbon steel and SS304, when the vacuum degree increased, the machine can keep shape! Won't be deformation or cracked!
