Valgo - Bobbin Winder Machine
Tension controlled winding of steel from single steel coil to jumbo coil of required width and outside diameter. We offer rewinding line to suit costumer’s requirements dimension and weight of single finish coil dimension, maximum coil weight and maximum line speed.

Inside coil diameter of coil 300mm and 400mm card board core of 300mm and 400mm can be loaded on the adjustable former.

Machine is fabricated construction of robust design head stock gearbox with adjustable former, traverser, assembly drive motor etc. mounted on common base fream. Shaft with former is assembled on heavy duty bearings with oil lubrication. Gearbox will be of sturdy designed.
Coil is wounded on a adjustable former suitable for loading 300mm and 400mm inside diameter core former will be collapsed with handle to remove the coil with can board core easily after strapping.
Add on segments are supplied for loading 400mm ID core which are bolted on bottom segment. We can supply suitable former of different diameter range if required.
- Maximum winding speed 200m/min.
Traverse assembly with suitable model rolling traverse unit is supplied pitched and coil height can be adjustable as required. Strip guide assembly is mounted on a carrier with four numbers linear bearing and two number guide shaft linear speed is automatically synchronized with coiler speed.
Guide assembly consists of tensioning roller assembly with adjustable rollers, guide arm with rollers to guide arm is supported on a carrier with linear bearing for x axis movement.
The position of guide arm can be finely in y axis with hydraulic cylinder and hand lever pump during winding as required.
- Length counter: - For counting how much coil has to be wind as per your requirement.
- Electronic drive: -AC motor with reduction gearbox, speed control, by AC variable frequency drive.
- Control panel: - Control panel with ABB, SIMENS OR any reputed make AC variable drive and accessories are supplied.
- Operating desk: - operating panel with push button and lamps is supplied.
- Brake: - disc brake will supply.
