Hy-Lok - Model M Series -Valve Blocks for Pressure and Temperature Control
The M Series valve blocks manufactured by Hy-Lok are expertly designed for integration with pressure and differential pressure instruments, including pressure gauges and transducers. Engineered to withstand process pressures of up to 410 bar (6000 psi) and operating temperatures as high as 648°C (1200°F), these valve blocks offer versatile installation options, either direct or in-line. The compact configuration makes them suitable for confined spaces where various instrumentation functions like shut-off, blow-off, bleeding, or zero-point calibration are necessary. They are particularly effective in systems handling sour gas due to the availability of PTFE or Grafoil seal materials that accommodate high-temperature environments. In addition to valve blocks, Hy-Lok provides pressure gauge shut-off valves and related accessories, enhancing the functional deployment of instrumentation in complex industrial settings.
A valve block (manifold) serves for connection of pressure gauges, differential pressure gauges, pressure transducers and differential pressure transducers to the process. The compact design of valve blocks with connections for generally 2, 3 or 5 valves offers different instrumentation possibilities for functions such as shut-off, blow-off, bleeding or zero point calibration in one instrument and in a minimum of space.
Application
M Series valve blocks are suitable for process pressures of up to 410 bar (6000 psi) and temperatures of up to 648°C (1200°F). The valve blocks are available in versions for direct installation or for in-line installation. M Series valve blocks are also available for use in systems with sour gas applications.
Flexible Instrumentation with Differential Pressure Measurement
Hy-Lok D M Series valve blocks offer connections for 2, 3 or 5 instruments for direct installation or in-line installation with PTFE or Grafoil seal materials for high-temperature applications. In addition to valve blocks, Hy-Lok offers pressure gauge shut-off valves and an extensive range of accessories, such as needle valves with different openings, adapters or screw fittings.
