The Cadence system is a compact and efficient magnetron sputtering system specifically designed to deliver high-performance coatings across a variety of industrial applications. Utilizing the proprietary Remote Anode Assisted Magnetron Sputtering (RAAMS) process, this system achieves high deposition rates, enhancing wear resistance, reducing friction, and improving heat resistance and product longevity. The RAAMS method provides superior coating structure and hardness benefits compared to traditional PVD sputtering systems. This makes the Cadence system versatile, integrating easily into smaller manufacturing setups, and capable of handling multiple coating processes such as plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD). It applies functional zirconium, titanium, chromium, and DLC coatings to tools, automotive parts, and precision components, ensuring high durability.
