VaporTech - Model VT-1500i - High-Capacity Coating System
The VT-1500i™ is a mid-size model within the VaporTech® VTi Series, designed to deliver high-performance coatings with versatility in applications. This PVD and DLC coating system is equipped with optional magnetron sputtering sources. It can deposit a diverse range of metallic and non-metallic coatings, including diamond-like carbon (DLC), zirconium, titanium, and chromium. The system supports both cathodic arc and magnetron sputtering technologies, having a notable compact footprint of 2.0m x 4.4m, making it suitable for easy factory integration. Its high capacity allows it to handle extensive operations, with 10 large racks capable of coating parts up to 100 cm. The VT-1500i's flexible capabilities make it particularly beneficial for manufacturers in industries such as automotive, home hardware, and medical devices. The VT-1500i™ PVD & DLC coating system with optional magnetron sputtering deposits a broad range of bright and dark metallic colors as well as our diamond-like carbon (DLC) and functional, highly wear-resistant coatings.
The VT-1500i PVD system provides high throughput but in a very compact footprint. This unique system includes both cathodic arc and optional magnetron sputtering technologies in the same machine – up to 3 PVD sources. With the ability to coat parts up to 100 cm long and 10 high-capacity racks, the VT-1500i™ is a high volume, flexible, price-competitive coating system for manufacturers and coating service providers.
