Variable Throat Venturi Scrubber for Wet Dedusting

To find the solution to many difficult cases of flue dust, can not be addressed with the technologies described above, Deparia has developed a device called Variable throat venturi scrubber. In this equipment, the high speed achieved by the fumes in the venturi throat, an annular shape, causes the atomization of the washing liquid and the consequent intimate contact with the polluting particles which cause the separation from the gas stream. A device for controlling the differential pressure maintains a constant gas velocity in the throat by adjusting the position of a modulating shutter.
