LK - Model REKU -Ventilation System for Industrial and Commercial Halls

The LK ventilation system REKU from LK Metallwaren meets all the requirements for this and impresses with its extraordinary energy efficiency. Depending on your needs, it can be expanded with a heat pump to save energy, an air conditioning system or a chiller for constant cooling.

Extract process air containing pollutants!
Ventilation systems generally work according to the two-way principle. One supplies the rooms with fresh air , the other transports the "used" process air outside in a filtered manner. The supply and exhaust air streams are not mixed.
REKU ventilation systems distribute the supply air via a thermally controlled blower head, a textile air guidance system or a supply air duct. If the hall air is contaminated with aerosols, special filters can be integrated into the exhaust air flow: This can prevent contamination of the hall and the system .
Up to 84 percent heat recovery through the LK ventilation system REKU
Our integrated plate heat exchanger uses the warm hall air and heats the fresh air that is drawn in when the outside temperature is cold. This means that up to 84 percent of the energy from the warm process air can be recovered via heat recovery (HR) and energy consumption can be significantly reduced.
If a higher hall temperature is required, the ventilation system can be expanded with a direct evaporator, liquid gas, pumped hot water or electric register. This saves energy and is 100 percent CO2 - neutral.
High performance for optimal air exchange
- Depending on the performance requirements, two system types are available. The REKU 7 ventilation system achieves a nominal air output of up to 7,000 m3/h , the REKU 10 even up to 10,000 m3/h .
- Depending on the respective building dimensions and performance requirements on site, both system types can be combined as desired .
Constantly cool down high hall temperatures
- Strong sunlight or increased emissions of process air can cause temperatures in production and storage halls to rise so much that this has a detrimental effect on the hall climate and product production or storage. To avoid this, the REKU ventilation system can be combined with a heat pump, an air conditioning unit or a chiller, depending on requirements. This allows constant temperatures to be maintained in the hall.
