WEDA PUMP - Model RL 2030 -Versatile Submersible Pump
The WEDA RL2030 is a versatile submersible pump designed for both drainage and sludge applications. It effectively merges the advantages of compact size with the performance of larger pumps, utilizing a dual mechanical shaft sleeve to ensure durability and efficiency. The pump features oil-lubricated shaft seals composed of dual silicon carbide seals, enhancing its robustness. Additionally, the motor seal uses a radial lip seal, while the pump incorporates a deep groove ball bearing lubricated in oil. Further reliability is achieved with a top bearing pre-greased with high-temperature grease and anti-corrosion additives. With a capacity of 1500 liters per minute or 90 cubic meters per hour and a discharge of 14.5 meters, the RL2030 is ideal for medium to low head applications. It operates with nominal shaft power of 2.0 kW and electrical power of 3.0 kW. The pump supports various electrical configurations, ensuring seamless integration in different setups.
The RL2030 combines the advantages of small pumps (lightweight) and those of bigger pumps (with dual mechanical shaft sleeve), therefore resulting in a compact design, but with the best possible performance and service friendliness.
