The VIRIO is the result of our consistent operating philosophy. With the operating elements located directly on the machine, clear input procedures and easy to understand dialogues in the language of the user, the balancing process becomes child’s play. The new protective hood with its dual functions of folding and swivelling allows easy loading of the rotor, so that you can balance even larger rotors.
It couldn’t be more simple
The CAB 920 measuring unit with its proven touch-screen operation includes the Easy Mode: Simply enter the geometry data, start the measuring run and then make the correction. The VIRIO can quickly and easily be fitted with a drill correction module, so that after the measuring process, you can correct the unbalance directly on the machine.

The VIRIO enables the balancing of a wide range of disc shaped rotors, such as brake discs, torsional vibration dampers, flanges, compressors, fans, segmented grinders, pumps, wheel hubs, lawnmower blades, pulleys, grinding wheels, flywheels, clutch components, gear wheels, chaff rotors, railroad wheels, aircraft tyres and propellers.
With its flexible concept, the VIRIO can be adapted to all your balancing tasks. The high accuracy of the measuring system, together with the infinitely variable speed regulation, enables perfect balancing.
