The vibrating feeder is designed for extremely harsh conditions with a high vibration intensity of 4.5G and an exceptionally strong hopper structure. It has a large processing capacity of 1600TPH, a large feed size of 1.5m, a standard hopper volume of 25 ~ 45mÑ and can withstand a loading pressure of 80mÑ, suitable for tough primary feeding stages with large silo pressure, high loading pressure and large impacts.

Unlike traditional feeders using 16# or 20# I-beams or channel steel, the vibrating feeder features a super-heavy frame with large rectangular tubes arranged horizontally and vertically, enabling it to withstand high loading pressure and impact during continuous feeding.

Vibration intensity (G-force) is a key performance metric for vibration equipment; higher intensity means greater capacity. Our vibrating feeder, with advanced design, reaches 4.5g—over 30% higher than traditional models—and offers much larger capacity with the same dimensions.

For higher performance and harsh conditions like heavy load, frequent starts/stops, and frequency conversion, the vibrating feeder uses an FV super vibration exciter. It ensures reliable operation, easy maintenance, and versatile, interchangeable spare parts, with lubrication intervals up to 1500 hours.
Efficient pre-screening functions
The vibrating feeder features a bar structure welded with NM abrasion-resistant and normal steel, ensuring long service life, high efficiency, and easy installation. The stepped design effectively screens fine materials, reducing crusher workload during primary crushing.
