Matsushima - Vibrating Level Switch

Vibrating level switch vibrates the probe with a certain frequency by the piezoelectric element, and monitors as constant amplitude voltage with electronic circuit. The amplitude voltage is substantially reduced as the probe is constrained by powder and granular materials. This switch detects this variation in the amplitude voltage and outputs the contact signal. It can be widely applied from fine powder to granular materials including grain as a storage level switch.
