BCA - Vibratory & Trommel Screens
BCA industries designs and manufactures custom trommel and vibratory screens to meet your sizing needs. We have perfected our recirculating split trommel design which drives around your shredding equipment and automatically transfers oversized material back into your shredder, without the need for additional conveyor. This design drastically reduces floor space, energy consumption and maintenance costs associated with larger conveyor type systems. We currently offer this design on our systems and custom retrofit these screens to existing systems.

BCA`s vibrator screens and conveyors are a simple rugged design offering 1 to 3 stages of screening. These units are designed for smaller material in the 1/2" to 80 mesh category. Units are designed and built to customer size and through put requirements.
