VOC Exhaust Gas Purification Furnace

Field of application
Zirconia, alumina and other special ceramic industry in the process of rubber, wax exhaust purification.

Purification principle
The flue gas is sucked into the furnace by negative pressure exhaust, and the residual organic pollutants in the flue gas of dewaxing and gelling are purified (carbon and hydrogen in the organic matter are oxidized to CO2 and H2O respectively) by means of catalytic oxidation, so as to eliminate the black smoke and odor and meet the requirements of environmental protection

1. Maximum operating temperature: 650℃
2. temperature control system of this industrial gas furnace: digital tube temperature control instrument, PID solid-state relay output, temperature control fast and stable, simple program setting; K thermocouple temperature measurement; Ammeter and voltmeter are used to display operating current and voltage respectively.
3. Maximum allowable concentration of VOC in flue gas: 7000mg/m3 (in excess of this concentration, air is needed to dilute the flue gas).
4. Maximum smoke volume: 240-2500 m3/h
