Take 25℃ oil vapor as example, the oil vapor will be blown into condensing unit with different cold field. First, the vapor will be cooled down to 8℃ at pre-cooler and part of oil and water will be separated, then the vapor will pass through -25℃ and -70℃ condensing unit, most of hydrocarbon material will be separated. After this stage, the oil vapor with low temperature will back to pre-cooler and deep cooling field for heat exchanging to make its temperature up to 15℃ (10 ℃ lower than inflow vapor) .
