Volac - Glass Pasteur Pipettes
VOLAC Glass Pasteur Pipettes are precisely manufactured from carefully selected glass tubing (soda-lime glass, borosilicate glass, soda-lime glass with cerium) on fully automated machines that ensure consistent production.
Tips and cones are centred and can be checked by rolling the pipettes on a flat surface. The length and design of the pipette tip are carefully controlled.
The constrictions for the cotton tip are formed at a constant distance from the fire-polished mouthpiece by heating, which avoids weak spots or contamination of the glass (ISO 7712). The inner diameter of the tip is 0.7 mm to 1.5 mm. Other diameters on request.

New in the programme are the sterile Pasteur pipettes made of soda-lime glass with cerium. The article numbers are D810/VA/CERIUM (length 150 mm) and D812/VA/CERIUM (length 230 mm).
