VSI - Soil Ring Sampling Set
VSI Soil Ring Sampler. The VSI soil ring sampler / core cutter can be used to sample undisturbed soil samples into soil sample rings, e.g. for soil density determination, and is commonly used in soil profile pits / walls.

The set consists of
- hammering head (with hand shield)
- cutting shoe (hardened steel)
- soil ring.
The soil ring corer is custom-made and can be adapted to various (inner and outer) ring diameters and heights as available or required. Soil rings (the material can be specified, e.g. stainless steel etc.) can be ordered in any quantity as needed. The availability of (plastic) lids for closing the rings for transport depends on the availability per selected soil ring outer diameter. A hammer and storage boxes for multiple soil rings can be ordered optionally.
