At Walker Rubber we can produce a wide range of sizes from under 1mm to over 3m, depending on the complexity of your part. Should this be suitable, your moulding size can be further increased in the stage moulding process. Often people think of plastic parts when they consider moulding. However, rubber is a different prospect altogether and we can provide mouldings from under 1g and up to 250kg and beyond. There truly are no limits to what we can produce.
Alongside size, quantity is also not an issue here at Walker Rubber. Although mouldings are more suited to manufacturing in volume, we can accommodate for a 1 off requirement but typically we produce 100s.
