How The WTE Recycling Pyrolysis Plant works?

 RAW MATERIAL FEEDING (2 HOURS): Load recyclable material  into the reactor by loader, after feeding all material , seal the feeding door. 

REACTOR HEATING ( 8~10 HOURS):  Start heating the reactor with oil burners, and  when the temperature reaches around of 200 degrees, the oil gas will continuous being produced until the temperature reaches 350-450 C. Oil gas will flow through oil gas separator and enter the condensers and being liquified as fuel oil. The uncondensed gas will be purified by the water seal and transmit back to the burning chamber to be reused as heating material.

SYSTEM COOLING(4~5HOURS): After the oil is all condensed, leave the machine for cooling. 

DISCHARGING(2 HOURS):  When temperature decreases to 100 degree, can start to  discharge the carbon black.
