Neoecogen - Model Water clean VITA -Wastewater Purification Microbial Activator
This product is designed as a basic concept for effective use of microorganisms that are effective in cleaning up sewage, such as improving the quality and odor of industrial wastewater treatment facilities, and maintaining facilities. A group of more than 200 species of microorganisms being detected in active sludge. These microbes clean up the dirty water.
VITA α Microbial nutrients(VITA α) was developed at industrial waste water purification and reduction of active mud (sludge). The important thing is that this is not microorganism input method into wastewater. If you input our VITA α(nutrients) into Waste water, it make Microbes to be activated strongly. It also has a function to decrease mud (sludge) by 80 to 90 percent comparing with current method.
The vitamin "Water Clean VITA α" is not the activation of certain (single) microorganisms, but the effective stimulation of diversity or the appropriate group of microorganisms.
Structure of Water Clean VIT
Microorganisms live in the Purified Tank of Industrial Drainage Treatment Facilities. When a drainage (e.g. organic matter) is introduced, microbes that promote purification are collected and purified. ? Hangeul represents the microbial community.
A creature that needs ? (drain) will repeat the increase and decrease in and around that place. One of the factors that repeats the increase and decrease is organic matter during drainage. Therefore, the necessary food chain changes by components change during drainage. There are many kinds of organisms at the bottom of the food chain, and even more quickly respond to changes in the habitat environment. The drain of ? is broken down and separated. Organisms of various sizes, such as organic matter, are bioprocessed by the absorption and enzyme of microorganisms.
The above condition increases the active mud (sludge). Increased active sludge is required to control the remove of mud (sludge). In addition, a low amount of maintenance is required because an increase in MLSS occurs in a short period of time. The removed mud (slurry) is reduced to dry and treated as industrial waste as common.
