Peschl - Model PUVPRO -Water Disinfection System

These systems are offered in three basic designs (Z, U, L). THis includes vertica (vertikal=V) as well as horizontal (horizontal=H) arrangements of the UV plant, with an operating pressure of up to 10 bar (or up to 20 ba to meet specific customer requirements). (Should there be a minimum operating pressure here?)

PUVRO systems are based on high power, 300-900W, amalgam lamps and offer a unique broad product portfolio of UV series systems with lengthwise flow in the middle to high flow range (up to 400 m³/hour) The systems in this product portfolio have been specifically developed for for different regions of water transparency, with the aim of guaranteeing maximum energy efficiency and assurance of the UV disinfection at significant flow rates for the prescribed water quality.

Specific Product Properties

• The control and automation of the UV systems is based on modern microprocessor systems, from world leading manufacturers, such as VIPA, SIEMENS, Schneider Elektrik.
• To control the UV dosage, the UV systems are fitted with sensorsof various types, either of or own manufacture or from various world mrket leaders. 
• The positioning of the lamps in te system and the curent control system detrmine the efficiency and assurance of the UV disinfection with minimum pressure loss.
• Depending on operating conditions and customer requirements, safe, environmentally-friendly, chemical and/or mechanical quartz protection tube cleaning systems are used..
• Stainless steel vessels 316Ti (1.4304 bzw. 1.4404)
• As an option, from a single source, can be supplied with voltage-free contacts and magnetic valves
• Wide range of supply voltages (100-240 V/50-60Hz)
• 3 year garantee on the control system, 10 year guarantee on the chamber
