Nomado - Water Disinfection Units
Nomado specializes in the provision of comprehensive water disinfection solutions tailored to meet diverse industrial and environmental requirements. Their offerings include advanced systems like containerized and skid-mounted solutions designed for the effective treatment and disinfection of water resources. The company employs various disinfection techniques such as chlorination, ozonation, and UV irradiation. Chlorination, a widely used method, involves the use of residual chlorine to maintain water quality over time. Ozonation utilizes trioxygen for oxidation and is noted for its efficiency and cost-effectiveness. UV radiation employs UV-C rays that penetrate and disrupt the DNA of pathogens without affecting the water's pH or organoleptic properties. Nomado's solutions are crafted to adhere strictly to regulatory guidelines, maintaining essential chlorine levels in distribution networks and ensuring the water remains free from microbial colonization.

Treatment
After having been treated and filtered, water must undergo disinfection in order to maintain its properties and withstand colonization by micro-organisms.
Moreover, regulations often require that a minimum concentration of free chlorine be maintained throughout the distribution network.
The units can use one of several disinfection techniques depending on the objective:
- Continual disinfection by injection of reagents (i.e. chlorine compounds)Ozone disinfectionUltraviolet (UV) disinfection
