GlobeCore - Model CMM-1,0CF -Water from Oil Removal Unit

The unit can process oil with extremely high water content, as high as 50/50 % and above.

Water is removed by coagulation⁷. When oil passes through a special filter element⁸, water molecules gather into droplets and flow down the surface of the filter into a settling vessel. The water can then be drained through a valve.

A cartridge filter with 1, 3, 5 or 25 μm⁹ filtration fineness is installed in the unit to remove particulate matter from the oil.
