Water Tecnik - Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) Water Treatment System
Achieve a reduction of up to 96% of the fats, oils, grease and suspended solids in your industrial wastewater. Our DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation) water treatment system will dramatically lower effluent discharge and the associated costs for your business. Our DAF systems come as standalone or containerised, depending on your requirements. We’ve designed it to be highly effective at treating industrial wastewater that is loaded with fats, oil and grease.
High Efficiency
Designed to handle heavily polluted wastewater, our DAF systems effectively separate high solids loads, achieving up to 96% removal of FOGs, and TSS. This ensures optimal treatment performance, reduces pollutant levels, and minimises environmental impact.
Compact and Versatile Design
Available in both standalone and containerised configurations, our DAF systems provide flexible solutions to meet your requirements.
Our bespoke design makes it easy to integrate into existing wastewater treatment setups, reducing installation time and costs while offering mobile treatment options for various industrial applications.
Robust & Durable
Our DAF units are built entirely from high-quality stainless steel (304 & 316) and are designed for durability and longevity in demanding industrial environments.
The corrosion-resistant, low-maintenance construction ensures reliable long-term operation, reducing replacement costs and maximising system lifespan.
Advanced Saturation System
Our DAF systems use innovative multi-phase pumps. This innovative approach reduces maintenance requirements, lowers energy consumption, and ensures consistent and effective flotation for optimised performance and minimal downtime.
Sloped Bottom Design
Featuring a sloped bottom for efficient solids removal and sludge discharge, our DAF units prevent sludge buildup and enhance sediment removal.
This design reduces maintenance frequency, promotes continuous operation, and improves overall system efficiency.
Our latest trade effluent sample analysis report from NI Water has shown a huge improvement in our effluent discharge. We have achieved a remarkable 96% reduction on fats, oil and grease following the installation of Water Tecnik’s turnkey effluent treatment system.
Standalone
Our standalone DAF unit is available with working capacity of between 2m3/hr and 100m3/hr. It can be installed as part of a new water treatment system or added to an existing system.
Containerised
Our innovative modular system offers quick, simple and cost-effective site installation and setup of a DAF system.
Your DAF system will operate wholly within a 20ft or 40ft container unit, so you can start to improve effluent quality quickly and with minimal disruption.
