WEARTOUGH - Model FL -Curtain Style Seal
The ‘L’ shaped polyurethane foam Dock Seal provides maximum weather protection for a wide range of trailer widths. Standard features include memory foam core side pads with pressure treated wood backing, foam filled bottom draft pads and rigid frame header. The tear resistant cover fabric features double lock stitched seams with high strength thread for extended life and insulating efficiency. Available for doors up to 10’ x 10’. An economical FL2 Series is available for up to 9’ 6” wide x 10’ high door openings including a canopy style header.

Dock door seal(s) to be Model FL as manufactured by NORDOCK® to suit door size of ________ wide x ________ high and dock height of ________ with a projection of ________ to provide 10”-12” beyond front face of dock bumpers. Each unit shall consist of (2) two side pads and one head curtain. Taper side pads if needed to suit an approach grade percentage of _______________. Side pads to be constructed with 99% compression recovery polyurethane foam core continuously bonded to kiln dried superior backing lumber and fully wrapped with coated polyester base fabric. The fabric shall be coated with _______________. The second layer of fabric for wear pleats shall be _______________ with a ________” face exposure. Head curtain drop shall be 30” long or ________ to provide 6” overlap with the lowest trailer/truck to be serviced. The curtain shall be equal to the overall unit width and be adjustable with velcro splits.
