Resin Trap
In waste water treatment tanks, waste water is treated with ion exchange resins and thus, turned back into useable water. Resins are expensive and should not be discharged with the treated water. Due to that, resin traps are manufactured and put into use.
Resin traps are safety devices installed near the outlet of the treatment vessel, and serve to retain expensive ion exchange resins and reduce material loss.
