We have a widespread programme of welding extruders for our customers. From manual welding extruders up to stand extruders for continuous and discontinuous welding. All manual welding extruders are equipped with a 3-zone-screw. Therefore, it is possible to work with PE80, PE100, PP-, PVC- and PVDF*- welding rod and have a quick material change from e.g. PE to PP. The regulation of the mass temperature by the patented measuring offers a constant temperature of the material. Via digital display the actual value and set value of mass and air temperature can be read. The pull of the welding rod is so designed that a constant supply of the rod is guaranteed. Various accessories, like welding shoes, tools and welding rod complete the programme.
