WELDPLAST - Model S2 -PVC Extrusion Welder

Leister’s new WELDPLAST S2 digitally regulated hand extruder’s display, shows both the weld zone and pre-heated hot air temperature and allows for each to be independently adjusted. This technology helps welders avoid fluctuations in improper temperature control that can lead to weak weld joints and/or overheating. WELDPLAST S2 users are impressed by the continuous and repeatable welding seam quality and machine efficiency. These hand extruders feature an ergonomic design — making the machine easy-to-handle — and maintenance-free blowers. The WELDPLAST S2 PVC is designed and optimized for welding PVC — featuring a specially crafted extruder screw, corrosion protection and a PVC extrusion menu.
