Conventional ultrasonic attenuation density meter just determines density by varying amplitude of received signals.
Unlike this, ENV200 is able to measure changes of concentration in a more sophisticated manner by adopting the patented EEAM (envelope energy averaging method), which measures not only the amplitude of received signals but also observes the shape of signal. It takes all energy as envelope and then convert it into density.
Adopts all reception signals which is higher than the set threshold amplitude and converts it to density value, peak-hold method. This measurement method can not avoid inaccurate measurement coming from electric noise or intermittent turbulence in the field.

ENV200-C offers automatic gain control function to minimize field maintenance. It automatically increases or decreases sensor transmission strength to correspond field operational status.

Thermal power plant
The limestone and gypsum slurry density meter can be applied at desulfurization process. The density meter of Application A is installed to control the density pumping from a mill slurry tank. The density meter of Application B is installed to monitor the density of gypsum slurry circulation at desulfurization process.
ENV200-C is applied next to a discharge pump of mineral pulp concentration process to monitor the density concentration. As this product is designed to resist contamination and build-up, it secures durability and reliability for long period.
The clamp-on density meter is applied to monitor sludge density coming from bottom of ocean. As this product is mounted on the outer wall of the pipeline, it offers superior and stable measurements even in harsh environmental conditions.
