Smurfit Westrock`s Pak On Demand™ Automated Mailer System produces custom, paper mailers and seals packages with a single operator. This small footprint machine reduces labor costs, increases packing rates, and uses KD FOLD™, a proprietary substrate, to create curbside recyclable packages.

KD FOLD™ fanfold substrate for Pak On Demand is delivered on compact pallets and can make up to 1,300 recyclable mailers, while including branding and connected packaging options
