Diversitech - Model Monsoon 3’ X 4’ -Wet Downdraft Table
Diversitech’s MONSOON Wet Downdraft Table provides a safe and secure solution for the capture and collection of hazardous combustible dust. The simple to use, plug & play design allows for a quick and easy installation of the downdraft table. The integrated blower in the wet downdraft table provides an industry leading capture velocity to remove dust further away from the table surface than competitive models.
The MDD 3` x 4` includes a protective rubber grid mat to prevent delicate parts from getting damaged or scratched. An optional auto-wash down system sprays the top surfaces of the table to dislodge dust and move it into the water tank, reducing maintenance intervals.
The MONSOON™ works by removing airborne dust and pulling it through the table surface and into a water shower. The wet downdraft table uses water droplets and particles to capture and filter contaminants from the airstream. Dust settles in the water tank and must be removed on a periodic basis to allow for proper operation. The WV-55 sludge vacuum is recommended to remove metal fines and sludge and is capable of separating the solid particles from the water for reuse.
