Saturn Shredders’ high performance shredders provide durable and reliable high performance size reduction for all paper and wood materials. We can custom-design a single process shredding system that offers precise size reduction for your materials. Our systems incorporate intake feeders, separators, shredders and grinders to prepare you materials for pulping. Our engineers will work with you to provide you with a custom solution for your shredding application.

Granutech’s wood and paper shredders are low to mid-range speed, high torque shredders that provide effective, efficient shredding for paper and wood products.

• Drives from 60hp to 1000hp
• Custom cutter configurations and sizes allow for precise sizing
• Heavy duty, open grate allows fines to fall through, reducing wear on the blades and rotor
• Integrated grinders and granulators
• Ancillary equipment, including feeders and discharge conveyors, vibration and screen classifiers and separation equipment, is available and can be integrated into your system design

Our shredders can process up to 40 tons/hr. and provide various volume reductions based on screen size.
