Our systems allow for the uniform and thorough application of flame retardants into wood. The result is a safer, fire-resistant material, ideal for construction solutions, public furnishings, and certified environments.
How does our IMP-VP work? The vacuum-pressure system used by ISVE S.p.A. allows for uniform and deep penetration of the fire retardant salts into the wood fibers, ensuring an effective and long-lasting treatment.
The cycle includes:
Initial vacuum: an initial vacuum phase to extract air from the wood cells,
Filling: a controlled filling with the fireproofing solution,
Pressure: a pressure phase to force deep absorption of the product,
Final vacuum: a final vacuum to facilitate dripping, drying of the wood, and setting of the treatment.
This process allows us to obtain wood with certified fireproofing performance, compliant with the regulations required in the public, residential, naval, and railway construction sectors.
