Calmus - Model WIS300C -Wrap-Around Cartoner Case Packer Machine for Stand Up Pouches
This wrap-around case packer is designed for sorting stand-up pouches or doypacks and packaging them with carton boxes. It is combined with a pouch sorter. The case packer is a form-load-seal 3-in-1 monoblock cartoning machine, which integrates case forming, pouch loading, and case sealing into a single compact and efficient unit. It picks one-piece pre-creased cardboards from the storage tray, folds them to a U shape, conveys the folded carton blanks to the pouch loading station. The pouch sorter organizes pouches to rows, one at a time, arranges them with interlayer partition boards if multiple rows in a case are required, delivers them to the loading funnel, insert the pouches into a formed case. Then, the loaded case is conveyed to the next stations to be closed at the top and sealed at the minor flaps with hot melt adhesive.
