Wrights Dowson - Powder Sampler System
At Wrights Dowson Group the sampling system is designed to suit site requirements and customer specifications. The design and operation of the sampler eliminates issues inherent with hand-sampling methods and provides representative and repeatable samples for our clients.
The sample collection system (SCS) enables a pre-set number of samples, at selected intervals, to be collected automatically at the sampling point. The powder sampler collection system then indexes onwards, moving the full jar into an awaiting collection position, whilst placing a new empty sample jar in readiness to take a new series of samples. All that is required is for the operator to cap the jars. They can then be taken or conveyed by a pneumatic transfer system directly to the laboratory for analysis.
The sample collection system includes hinged, Plexiglas doors, and a security lock. Sample jars are available in HDPE and stainless steel in a range of sizes. Bags can also be used.
